    Twas around here where my waiter asked me if I was ok. I explained I don't eat seafood [ITS A SEAFOOD MENU] & he looked like he was gonna melt down. I assured him I was CHALLENGING MYSELF & refuse substitutions. I then turned bright red &almost cried. My table mates comforted me.

    Danish sea snails from Limfjorden in Jutland. These wonderfully weird ocean creatures are used on our menu as a salad with greens and herbs from Kiselgaarden and last year’s pickled and salted rose petals.
